Getting Started

Creating Your Account

  1. Click Register in the top menu
  2. Enter your first name, last name, email, and phone number
  3. Fill in your shipping address (street, city, state, zip, country)
  4. Create a password (minimum 6 characters)
  5. Click Register
  6. Check your email for a verification link and click it within 24 hours
Your shipping address can be updated anytime from your Profile page or during checkout.

Logging In

  1. Click Login in the top menu
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Check "Keep me logged in" to stay logged in for 30 days
  4. Click Login

Shopping

Browsing Products

Browse all products from the Products page. You can:

  • Search by product name using the search bar
  • Filter by category from the Categories page
  • View featured products on the homepage

Product Options (Variants)

Many products come in different options — sizes, colors, lengths, etc. On the product page:

  • Use the filter buttons (e.g., Color, Size) to narrow down options
  • Click a variant row to select it — the main image, price, and details update automatically
  • Each variant may have its own price, stock level, and shipping time

Adding to Cart

  1. Select your preferred variant (if applicable)
  2. Set the quantity
  3. Click Add to Cart
  4. The "Products in cart" count updates and a View Cart button appears
If you're not logged in, you'll be redirected to log in first. After login, the product is automatically added to your cart.

Buy Now

Some products have a Buy Now button that adds the item to your cart and takes you directly to checkout in one click.

Checkout & Payment

Placing an Order

  1. Go to your Shopping Cart (click the cart icon in the header)
  2. Review your items, quantities, and totals
  3. Click Checkout
  4. Confirm or update your shipping address
  5. Review the order summary (items, shipping, tax, total)
  6. Click Pay Now — you'll be redirected to OPay's secure payment page
  7. Complete payment, then click Return to Merchant
  8. You'll see your order confirmation with a summary and transaction ID
You'll receive an email confirmation with your order details and a link to view your order.

Managing Your Orders

Viewing Your Orders

Go to My Orders from the account menu. Each order shows:

  • Order number and date
  • Product thumbnails, names, and quantities
  • Order total (with refund details if applicable)
  • Current status (Paid, Confirmed, Shipped, Delivered)

Order Statuses

  • Paid — payment received, order is being reviewed
  • Confirmed — order is being prepared
  • Shipped — order is on its way (tracking info may be available)
  • Delivered — order has arrived

Confirming Delivery

When your order arrives, go to My Orders and click Confirm Received. This lets us know the order arrived safely and may enable you to write a review.

Reviews

Writing a Review

  1. Go to My Orders
  2. Find the delivered order where you've confirmed receipt
  3. Click Write Review next to the product (if available)
  4. Select a star rating (1 to 5)
  5. Write your review text
  6. Click Submit

Reviews are subject to approval before being published. You can see your review status (pending or published) on your Profile page.

Your Account

Updating Your Profile

From the Profile page you can update:

  • Name and phone number
  • Shipping address
  • Password
  • Email notification preferences

Notifications

Click the bell icon in the header to see your notifications. These include order confirmations, status updates, and account notifications. Click "View All Notifications" to see your full history.

Email Notifications

We send you emails for order confirmations and status changes. You can turn these off from your Profile page under "Email Notifications." Verification emails are always sent regardless of this setting.
